1. Acceptance of these terms
By using Citelify you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Citelify is a property management platform connecting building managers, agencies, and residents to handle invoices, payments, complaints, contracts, and notices.
3. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, hold only one account per person, and not impersonate anyone.
4. Approval workflow
Registration requires manager approval. Your account stays in a pending state until a building manager approves it.
5. Payments
Invoices are generated under your contract and paid through Stripe. Failed payments may lead to service restrictions. Paid invoices are not automatically refundable; refunds are handled case by case.
6. Acceptable use
No illegal activity, no harassment in complaints, no automated scraping, no reverse engineering, and no circumvention of access controls.
7. Content
Residents own the content of their complaints. You grant Citelify a license to display and process that content as needed to deliver the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts for breach. You may request deletion via support@citelify.com, subject to our financial-records retention obligation.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for force majeure or third-party (Stripe, Hostinger) outages.
10. Indemnification
You indemnify Citelify against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, with jurisdiction in TODO_JURISDICTION_CITY. EU residents may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
12. Modifications
We may amend these terms and will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance by email.
